VITAMIN A

Retinyl palmitate from Switzerland, a bioavailable form of Vitamin A because nearly half of adult men aren't getting enough it from their diets.*

VITAMIN D3

A vegan-certified form from UK, from sustainably-harvested lichen, as opposed sheep’s wool or fish liver.

MAGNESIUM

We chose a chelated form from Utah - that’s backed by clinical studies, and shown to be better absorbed by your body than other Magnesium chelates.

ZINC

We use zinc bisglycinate chelate from Utah, which is a bioavailable form of zinc. Zinc is a “Vitamin A-helper” nutrient.*

VITAMIN K2

Our bioavailable form from Norway, a soy-free source - that can be difficult to find in food. Vitamin K helps support bone health*

FOLATE

We include methylated folate as 5-MTHF from Italy, the active form of folic acid to support folate adequacy.*

VITAMIN B12

We use the biologically-active form from Connecticut, (the same kind found in food and our body) as opposed to the commonly used cyanocobalamin.

We use a soy-free, mixed tocopherols source from Argentina, that matches the composition of Vitamin E found in healthy foods.*

We use calcium fructoborate from Illinois—a form found in food— , because it’s supported by clinical studies. Boron is a calcium-helper nutrient.*
